We exercise utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion are the best suited to the nature and condition of each individual articles.

Nevertheless we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses of defect in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing responsibility also is disclaimed for timing buckles beads belts or valuables. 

We do not take any guarantee on Zari work beads and colour less in silk Chiffon time as they tend to loss colour during process.

In laundering we cannot guarantee against colour loss and shrinking or against damage to weak and lender fabrics differences in count must be reported and this bill presented within 48 hrs. Unless a list accompanied the bundle our count must be accepted The company liability with respect to any loss articles not exceeds 5 times on charges of processing it.

We do not assume responsibility for delivery of goods on the data stipulated on the bills due to causes beyond our control such as an act of god including weather conditions and or breakdown strikes or labour shortage etc.

For legal purpose all the conditions shall be taken to have been entered into at Mumbai therefore only Mumbai Courts will have jurisdiction to hear reverent disputes.

These Policy and Conditions are binding No Agent or employee of The Basket Laundry House has authority to alter or vary them in anyway.
